It’s spread via contaminated food and water and can easily ruin your holiday. Symptoms of traveller’s diarrhoea include abdominal bloating, cramping and pain, nausea, urgency to go to the toilet, frequent passage of loose or watery stools, fatigue, lethargy and general tiredness.
