Therapeutic applications:
- Supports Magnesium status in the body. Symptoms of Magnesium deficiency include: muscle spasms and cramps, muscle weakness, fatigue and lethargy, increased susceptibility to stress.
- Helps maintain normal muscle and nerve function and keep bones strong.
- Magnesium may help to reduce mild premenstrual fluid retention.
Directions for use:
Adults: Take 1 to 2 tablets daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.
